Have you ever played tennis?

I have—several times. I like tennis; I played it quite a bit when I was a teenager. I hardly play these days—not everyone has the time for it—but it’s one of the few sports I’m happy to play because I actually enjoy it. That’s in contrast to soccer, which I don’t like at all. Do you like tennis? Have you ever played it, or do you play it now?

Tennis isn't my thing but I've played a couple of times. I'm more good at table tennis than long tensis. I love playing football more than tennis though.

I suppose that’s because a table tennis court is much smaller, and if you’re better at soccer—or just like soccer more—it makes sense that you wouldn’t be that into table tennis.

I have always played tennis. I love to play it because of its high intensity. The only problem is that the tennis court in my city is far from my house. But I manage to go play tennis twice a month.

It’s a shame the court is so far away from you. To make matters worse, unlike soccer—where you can play almost anywhere—you absolutely need a court for this sport. Still, it’s great that you can at least go play a couple of times a month, and it’s wonderful that you enjoy it. I like it too; since it’s a non-contact sport, I really enjoy it, and I find it quite easy to play.

I love tennis, both playing and watching. I remember when I was much younger, and in my first years of primary school, I would have been around 5 or 6 years old, I used to be part of a tennis after-school club and I loved learning how to play tennis and bettering my skills.

I haven’t played tennis in such a long time; the last time I remember was when I was 16 years old, when I went with friends and we played on the local tennis courts.

I still watch a lot of tennis, though, and love watching Wimbledon every year.
