Something I have found out over the last few months is how music on low whilst I sleep has really helped me, and now I tend to fall asleep with music on low on playlists that have slow, and relaxing songs.

Do you find that you can sleep better when there is music playing? What music helps you sleep?

I usually play the sound of rain to help me sleep, and I sleep very well; I also sometimes play relaxing music, but generally, the sound of rain is relaxing enough to help me fall asleep.

I do have music on while I sleep most of the times. And the music that helps me to sleep is calm and cool worship songs. The ones that have lots of cinematic strings on it. That drives me to sleep almost instantly

I listen to soft pop every night before I go to bed. It helps clear my head and I have a good night rest. Examples of such singer is Passenger and MLTR.

I think Passenger is an excellent choice for sleeping; The Weeknd’s album Thursday is also perfect for sleep—it’s very relaxing, and most of the songs are completely peaceful and very calm.

I don't have one in particular; any good worship song can actually give me a good night's sleep.

I had a friend who used to listen to Celtic music to help him fall asleep; that’s also a good idea—highly recommended. It’s very calm and relaxing, and having that kind of music playing in the background at bedtime feels really great.

When I was a teenager, I had a Discman portable CD player and would listen to Olivia Newton John CDs to try to fall asleep. I loved her voice and would listen to every nuance of her singing so I could mimic it when I was awake.
